After their roofer left membrane off the roof and 2.5” of rain flooded out the first floor and the basement of the building, everything was stripped down to the structure.  The client then hired Scott Build to construct the rehab under a time constriction to get up and running as soon as possible. We completed the rehab in 4 weeks’time, bringing the practice up to code and utilizing LED features they didn’t previously have. The building has office space and 4 patient chairs as well as an elegant, spa- like feel that fits the West Minnetonka/Navarre lifestyle.
