Reconstruction and addition of a 1920s building with a zero-lot line. For our creative design, we were recognized with the B.L.E.N.D award, which encourages builders to blend remodeled businesses into the fabric of the neighborhood. The award recognizes that what may be an appropriate renovation for one block, may not be for the next.
