1. Aagesen Chiropractic Clinic
This 3,000 square-foot tenant build-out in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, was completed in just six weeks. The welcoming waiting room included comfortable seating, play area, and retail space. The clinic offers space for group physical therapy as well as individual exam rooms.

2. Minnesota Maxiofacial and Oral – Plymouth
This project was a 4,118 square-foot build-out for an oral surgery clinic. The build-out included surgical suites and exam rooms as well private offices. Scott incorporated luxurious class A office finishes, such as granite floors and stunning wood ceilings. We completed the project in four months.

3. Northwoods Dental
The build-out for the Northwoods Dental clinic in Plymouth, Minnesota, took three months to complete. The 3,600 square-foot build-out required us to incorporate medical gas piping into the design of the clinic. Inspired by the clinic’s name, the dentist’s office features warm wood accents and a Northwoods theme, including a large stone fireplace in the waiting room.
